In April of 2003 the Louisiana College Opera Theater's Spring 2002 production featuring soprano Loryn Frey as Julia Child made it's way to Washington D.C. and the Smithsonian Institution. As part of it's opening of the new JULIA CHILD Exhibit they are performing BON APPETIT! by Lee Hoiby with Washington Area performers. They needed an expert and someone with experience performing the role of Julia Child. Dr. Frey was honored to lend them her performace via video tape and serve as advisor.
