Maya
      Maya was born on June 23, 1983 in the city of Edmonton, Alberta. She was born into a family who had strong roots in the performing arts; her father being a doctor and mother an accountant. They lived a peaceful life until she was traumatized by a move to the metropolis of Sidney, Ohio. Once there, she began to rebel.
      At first, it was harmless acts such as arson and vandalism. It progressed to talking above an acceptable volume in the library and staying out past 10:00 pm on weekends. She was considered by many as a no-good hooligan. After her first arrest and stay in juvenile detention she reformed as her newfound passion for the music that the spoons, the guitar, and the drums created.
