Behind the band: The Artists Formally Known As The Bugs

The Artists Formally Known As The Bugs originated at a concert known as “Tunes on the Tundra” at Ohio Northern University in the spring of 2001 where the three members decided that “The Bugs” would make an awesome name. After several conversations it was decided they would join together and form “The Bugs.” On a road trip weeks later, their dreams were shattered.
Two of the three members went away one Saturday. While shopping for CD’s they saw their identity had been stolen. The Bugs was already a band. They feared the worst; their dreams of fame were over. Or were they?
Through determination the band persevered. They decided they would stick together and the three formed the group we all know and love, The Artists Formally Known As The Bugs. Collaborating with one another in composition and sharing the playing of the guitar and the spoons the three overcame their problems.
After weeks of troubles the band has started the composition of their first album entitled “The Tuck.” We can see a bright future for these three girls.
