How to Set an Image as Your Desktop Wallpaper
It's important to note this method may overwrite your old wallpaper
file. If you want to retain your original wallpaper image, you must
first rename it. Wallpaper images can generally be found in the C:\Windows
directory and usually named NetscapeWallpaper.bmp or InternetWallpaper.bmp. |
Begin loading the page with the small thumbnail images. |
Once you see a thumbnail image that interests you, right click it
and open it in a new window. This allows the thumbnail page to continue
loading while viewing the new larger (800 x 600) image. |
Wait for the large image to fully load. |
If you like the image, right click it and choose "Set as Wallpaper" |
If you'd like to see a different image, close the web page with the
big image and continue browsing the thumbnail page. |
