The Morning After

Puma ghost! Aaaaahhhhh!! Aside from feeling hung over, tired to the bones and generally well partied, having to leave by 9am doesn't come too easily, especially when breakfast is also only available till 9am. I think I had a Puma ghost apparition somewhere on the way to breakfast, too. I guess there must be *some* drawbacks to all the fun. Encouraging words from the reception lady: "I wasn't expecting so many of you around already." Ah, but we're not students any more, right, we gotta practice getting up early even after hard nights, no?
There aren't really many more pictures. One of the other good ones I missed was Neil standing on top of the Rally Team Trailler and deliberately tossing hatch covers when they couldn't find the trailler key. Thus the rest of the story is told quickly. A couple of groups of Pumas dispersed into several directions, some for some more running curvy streets, some for a late second breakfast or lunch, and some like unfortunate Darren even to work.
Me, I got home safely. I did have to take a major nap soon after the Germany boundary at 2am. But me and the Puma survived happily, and certainly we had had the greatest time out there with you folks - thanks a lot. You were great fun. The biggest thanks would go to the three organizers of course: Darren, Richard and Lee. I'm sure people will remember this event, and should you ever do it again there might just be another wild crowd attending. For now though, I'll take hold of my gear stick and drive on, towards more immediate goals. See you!
Shift down and floor it. Hard.
post scriptum Ah, I wouldn't have thought it could be that much fun writing and publishing this story. I've just got this huge prejudice against HTML. Yuck! Hate it! Still, this doesn't look to bad so hey, I hope you, too, enjoyed it! For all the brave who made it to the last line, here's a little bonus picture scanned from a German Ford Puma promotional post card that just maybe you don't yet know.

Fly far! Fly far!
Fly far, people!
