Today's bitter irony: Why am I hit on exclusively by members of my own gender?

Need sleep.

Run 4 miles….today is the day I finally broke 60secs for 400m. I’m racing Saturday so I will avoid a real workout tonight. Run 4 miles incl. strides , 1x200m, and 400m in 59.25. Marit kicked 200m in 33.61…holy crap!

Run 6 miles incl.800m in 2:17….again. First master, again. Split 400m in 68secs. Lemme see…I can race at the end of an easy week, run even splits, and the result is the same? Crap. Anywho, this ends my track season and any chance of breaking 2:10. I now will concentrate solely on prepping for the double in July and developing my wrestling persona.
