On November 28, 1998 I got on a train to Munich very late at night. I was headed for the ultimate adventure: ten days travelling Europe alone, winging it, not knowing exactly where I would end up stopping. I wanted to see Germany for personal reasons, Prague because I'd heard it's praises from friends who had been there, and I ended up stopping in Lucerne because it was on the way home! I had a fabulous but lonely time. I met lots of cool people and made many new friends. I saw more of those cities than I'd imagined I'd see. I also discovered a lot about myself, but that's just mushy personal stuff, so I'll spare you. So enjoy these pictures because they were carefully selected for your viewing enjoyment...
