A Man I Can Not Have

You came into my life and made me smile
The way you laughed melted my heart
I should have never felt this way for
A man I can not have

Your warm phone calls are embedded in my life forever
Our conversations fill my day with happiness
My feelings must be put under control for
A man I can not have

We met one rainy morning, your smile touched me deep inside
Your eyes filled me with desire
My body should not be longing for
A man I can not have

Our love is just so perfect, bodies and souls entwined
I feel complete, my heart is open
I must stop my heart from longing for
A man I should not have

And as we grow closer to each other
My body tingles with your touch
The way you look into my eyes makes you
A man I want to have
