A princess of mine

I have found

Not easy to explain

It is so profound

A diamond in the rough

I found her like that

Not knowing what she had

Confused she sat

Life had no meaning

Why was she here

While others were happy

She sat there so scared

Potential not known

To many around

Now one ever told her

She’ll be wearing a crown

Destiny and fate

Will have it’s way

Never again from faith

Shall she sway

She knows Who sent me

In her path I came

Not believing her life

Would ever be the same

Rough rocky roads

Have taught us to pray

Now thanks be to God

She’ll be my queen one day
