I care for you so much, my love is so deep,

Hoped to have you with me, never to weep,

When we were together, I never had a care,

Pleasure was simple, just running a brush through your hair,

Your sensitive, gentle touch,

Meant oh so much,

To sit and talk, a quick cuddle or kiss,

To me was utter bliss,

When we met you had problems to solve,

I hoped from this we could evolve,

I’m not blind, I can see,

This will never be,

My life will forever have a big hole,

As I sacrificed my heart and sole,

The special moments we had I will forever carry in my heart,

As we are destined to be apart,

Last thing I wanted was to cause pain, or hurt you,

By me just being around this is what it seems to do,

I love you from the depths of my heart,

So what I have to say will tear me apart,

I can be a friend from a distance,

When you need me, call, at the first instance,

I will be there,

I hope this last sacrifice, proves how much I love you and care,

This is hard to say, no matter how I try,

But I must say it, I love you and goodbye.
