Tube of Orange Decorators Icing
Turn cookie upside down so that the chocolate side is up. Use icing to pipe around the hole in the center of each cookie. Place an "Kiss" on the icing circle. Finish by piping around the base of the kiss and drawing a little bow.

EYEBALLS
1/4 cup margarine
1 pkg. (10oz) regular marshmallows or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies
1 bag Pastel M&M's
1 tube Black decorators icing
Melt margarine in large pan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal. Stir until well coated. While mixture is still warm, form into 1 to 2 inch balls. Add a pastel M&M for the iris and dot the candy with frosting for the pupil.

GREEN SLIME
Make a package of lime jello according to directions on package, but serve it while it is still soft-set.

GHOST SUCKERS
Round Lollipops (such as Tootsie Roll Pops)
White Facial Tissues
Ribbon or String
Pen with Black Ink
Lay the sucker in the center of a tissue (wouldn't hurt to use two thicknesses). Gather the tissue around the stick and tie tightly with ribbon or string. Draw on two black dots for eyes.
