Erin, Your poetry is so real, and the images that your words give are as real as what I see with my eyes. You are not only a gifted poet, but also a gifted writer and photographer. When I was studying at UCLA, many years ago, I did some dark room work with my first love, and got a taste of capturing an image with a camera. I didn't continue with it, but your site has brought back many pleasant memories of working in his mother's bathroom (his sometimes darkroom), and of course it was all in black and white, w ich gives the viewer so much more to see than colored pictures. I just saught you out to say thank you. You signed my guestbook and paged me concerning my poetry, and I appreicate all of the nice things you said about it. I've been in sort of a "writers block" recently, not understanding myself anymore or the fact t at others didn't really care about what I wrote. I'm so relieved and happy to know that someone out there still reads what my soul creates. I thought I'd tell you a little about myself...since I recently took a lot of things off of my webpage and now co centrate more on my writing. Well, I'm 17/F/ and live in Arkansas. I've been writing since... well I guess all my life. I can remember creating short stories with my closest friend as early as the age of 9. But I really got into serious poetry, once I began to evaluate and analyze my life. That was about two years ago. Those are the poems you probably read. Well, I've realized that I have typed A LOT today, and only on your guestbook. I'd enjoy learning more about you, and I wanted you to know that you ARE a writer.
