s e a p e r f e c t i o n.

Under a
star-filled sky

lights dance
on water

quiet
silence
saturates
air

thoughts
whisper
candy-coated desire

dancing on
calm of sea
bathed in tide
leaving life
in rolling waves

cool night breeze
tickles senses
as the moon
stands guard
above

hearts ride the feeling
of timelessness
isolated in
solitude calm

wish on a bright star
to never leave
this place
where paused time
breathes new life--

(April breeze caresses my hair;
I hear crashing waves
trapped in my mind
reminding me of minutes
dancing on sea perfection--)
