The Making of the Warrior

                                How I decided her name :
I decided on the name Rachel Applegate base on my favorite sci-fi books called 'Animorphs'. One of the characters was a super-model-can kick a boy's butt-blonde girl that was named Rachel. So I thought why not make her first name from 'Animorphs' ?
Now on her last name I was originally going to name her Rachel Lawless from the actress from 'Xena: Warrior Princess' but then people would notice it. So again I went back to 'Animorphs' but this time I put the author's last name Applegate.

                                         Why the color brown ? :
Well in the shows I have watched like 'Xena : Warrior Princess' and 'Hercules : The Legendary Journeys' I have found that guards , minor characters , and even Xena wore leathery black or brown clothes. Well since Ireul (Angel of Fear)  has the color black I couldn't use it. And I don't want Rachel to be a loner.
So I thought to use brown , but in the BIRTH OF ANGELS when Ramiel (Angel of Thunder) made those what colors means what personality...I kinda got mad.

                                       How did you make your senshi's attack ? :
Well , actually Ireul helped me with making this attack. I wanted to do an attack that had to do something with the souls of warriors.
Example : Like if a warrior was from Ancient China the element for the soul of the warrior would be fire.
So , now you know.
                                     Why a blonde girl with short hair ? :
Well , I wanted to make Rachel have short hair because I wanted to make her unique and people would say "I like her , she's not's a Sweet Valley High girl ! She's a blonde Xena ! " And she needs short hair for her hobbies .

                                Have you noticed that Midael and Israfel are like Moon
                                and Mars ?
                    Yes , Israfel and me somehow became the new Serena/Usagi and Raye/Rei .
