Queen Elizabeth expresses shock at Bali bombings
Queen Elizabeth the 2nd has sent a message to Australia's Prime Minister, John
Howard, exrpessing her deep shock at the horrific bombings in Bali.
Queen Elizabeth also extended her sympathy to the bereaved and injured, saying her
thoughts and prayers are with the Australian people.
World leaders have also telephoned the Australian Prime Minister to offer their
sympathy.
U-S President, George W-Bush rang Mr Howard to express his sorrow and concern
as well as offering any American intelligence and other assistance that can be used.
Mr Bush told the Prime Minister he will be putting his stong view to the Indonesian
government about its' responsiblities.
The British and New Zealand Prime Ministers also called Mr Howard last night to offer
their condolences.
