After beating Kain for the final time he teleports in front of a portal
and while holding his limp arm says
"You almost had me that time, but this is not where or how it ends.
Fate promises more twists before this drama unfolds completely."
Kain turns and goes into the portal and you hear him laugh & his
laugh slowly fades. Raziel goes to the portal and just before he enters
it he stops and the elder god says
"Be warned Raziel, after crossing this threshold you are beyond my
influence."
Raziel calmly walks through the portal and the camera follows, the
screen then fades to black.
A solitary visible image fades in, it is a symbol on the ground, a
symbol of a sideways eight. Raziel emerges from the darkness and stands
in the light. The camera is facing Raziel, a figure (Mobius) holding a
staff of some sort emerges from the darkness behind him and says
"Raziel"
Raziel turns to face him
"Redeemer and destroyer, pawn and messiah. Welcome time span soul,
welcome to your destiny."
The screen fades to black.
A paragraph of writing fades into the screen and the mysterious staff
holding figure (Mobius) reads them aloud:
Where time is but a loop, a loose stitch
in the universal cloth.
A streamer might seaze upon a chance,
a fatal slip,
and plunge the fate of planets into chaos.
The screen again fades to black, then more words fade in:
To be continued.
The screen again fades to black.
The credits now start accompanied by a gothic orchestral score.
Each screen is: credits on one side and a picture on the other.
After a while the credits and music are still going but the credits
now are just white writing on a black background.
