If you want to download IgoWin to learn how to play, visit Smart Games for a free download.
IgoWin is nice because it provides a good tutorial in the help section.
It is also helpful as it allows you to play many quick 9x9 games against a computer opponent.
I still play from time to time, though I can never seem to beat the computer consistently when it has a 4-stone handicap.
