Bhanu has been growing lot of vegetables in our (her) garden. They have been languishing due to higher than normal temperatures (upper ninties for more than two weeks) and lower than normal rain fall (10 inches shy of normal). Finally TS Alberto brought some rain today afternoon.
The picture shows Mulae Keerai (Tamil word for Green Spinach) grown in her garden. She is going to make some Keerai Koottu tomorrow.
