In registering as an affiliate of Sonofagun Local Music, band or individual must agree to the following: Working Together: Registering as a band or individual, you are not obligated to SLM in any way; however, SLM asks that all registered users of SLM be an active part of the company's goals. All registered users are asked to work WITH SLM in: passing out flyers for events,spreading the word about SLM in any way, add SLM link to users website, attend weekly meetings, expose SLM to other bands and musicians, ect.. If we work together, we will see results in what we are trying to do for the music scene in the Midwest. Again, these things are not required to be a registered user; however we ask that users please consider working WITH us. Only good can come out of it. Free Services: Services that are offered at no cost by SLM to bands or individuals are offered as a courtesy. SLM is not in any way obligated or required to provide these services at no charge. In turn, registered bands or individuals are not obligated to SLM in any way. Premium Services: Services that bands or individuals decide to purchase from SLM, terms and conditions will be discussed at time of purchase. Free Websites: Refer to "Free Services" above. Domain names registered for free websites through SLM will be owned by SLM. Upon any time bands or individuals with free websites decide not to use the free service any longer; they will have the option of purchasing the domain name from SLM. The domain name will be appraised (at the cost of band or individual) and sold to them at appraisal cost. However, SLM retains the right to hold domain name and/or discontinue service at any time. Bands that choose to purchase a premium website, terms and conditions will be discussed at time of purchase. SLM holds no responsibility for registered users actions, content of website, or content of music. SLM will not host pornography of any kind and all free or purchased content of websites must be reviewed before placing onto our server.
