If you are one of the handful of people that will ever stumble across this movie journal, I'd like to apologize for the lack of commitment on my behalf for following through on my concept. For the previous two years I have tried to record my thoughts and opinions on the films I have seen during the festival and on the festival experience itself. Unfortunately, the demands of the film festival have left me with little time to post entries between movies. Each year I tell myself that this year will be different. This year will be different. See there I go again. I am hoping over the next three weeks before the start of the 2002 Film Festival I can fill in a few gaps in the previous two years journal as well getting ready for this year's festival.
