A method and a system to prevent the abuse of driving priviledge, by installing an electronic friendly but firm traffic officer as a co-driver in every car, with the authority to impose fines in the drivers electronic license, which he has to pay in certain time in order to be able to start his vehicle, because the system is connected and work in conjunction with an immobiliser.The system also, can impose fines for high speed, for disregard of traffic signs, traffic lights, traffic direction, unlawful parking and any other violation the authorities deem appropriate. The system also, can assist the authorities to collect evidence in accident sides, to collect dues and check the car for the compliance with the air pollution standards. |

OBJECTIVES * The installation and use of this system hope to minimise the 500,000 traffic accidents and especially the fatal 50,000 approximately ones and the 150,000 which leave their victims permanently disabled last year in Europe alone, by teaching drivers to respect and obey the traffic laws, rules and regulations. * By installing an electronic friendly but firm traffic officer as a co-driver in every car, the authorities can positively prevent the abuse of driving priviledge. * By installing also a traffic officer on 24-hours duty in every traffic sign the system becomes more efficient even before is titally installed and completed. * TO assist authorities to locate lost vehicles or victims of accidents. * To assist the traffic police officers to control traffic. * To assist autorities to enforce the compliance with the air pollution standards. * To provide a good street surveillance to police in order to fight street crime. * To assist insurance agents to collect accurate and correct evidence in case of an accident. * To assist authorities and insurances to collect fines and dues. * To make driving safe, to prevent car theft and to minimise car repairs. * To assist drivers to find their way, especially in a strange city environment. * To assist the path of disable persons by avoiding the blockage of their way. * etc.
