Back Pain

1. The Cold Hot Compress
For 2 or 3 days, use a cold compress on the sore area.
For the next few days switch to a warm compress.
After that alternate daily.

2. Make sure you're getting enough calcium and magnesium (a multivitamin should cover you.)

3. Place pillows under your knees or lie on your side in the fetal position.

4. Don't keep more than 1 pillow under your head.
