Dizziness

1. Chew gum, preferably sugarless.

2. If you feel faint, sit to avoid injury and place your head lower than your body.

3. Sit, close your eyes and then try to "focus" them.

4. While standing, contract and relax your leg muscles to help blood return to your head.
