Fatigue
Ideally, you need rest, fresh air, sunshine, pure water, nutritious meals, and freedom from worry. But since that's not always practical, try some of these tips.

1. A warm/cool shower, alternating between the two, can help shake the body awake.

2. Make sure you're getting enough vitamins and minerals. A good multi-vitamin will help with this.

3. Peppermint tea can be invigorating.
