Headache

1. Add lavender oil to a warm bath.

2. When the headaches first starts, apply an ice pack on the top of the head or the forehead.

3. With the fingertips, massage the scalp and temples, using a circular motion.

4. With your finger or thumb, press gently on these points:
The forehead on the inside edge of the eyebrows.
The fleshy part of the hand between the thumb and pointer finger.
