Insomnia
1. Add 2 cups of Epsom salts to a tub of warm water
and soak for 20 minutes.
2. Don't sleep during the day, if possible.
3. Don't watch TV or eat for a few hours before bed.
4. Get a relaxation tape to aid falling asleep.
5. Have a regular sleeping and waking time.
6. Have your partner massage you with warm oil.
7. Drink warm milk about 1 hour before bed.
