Take note: This information has been gathered by patients, for patients. It is not medical advice. You should ask your doctor if you have any questions or if your side effects are too severe or last too long. That's what your doctor's there for. This is just common sense on dealing with some of the more short term side effects.

Sweating

1. Oatmeal Bath (you can buy these at the drugstore or make it yourself, which costs less.)
Take plain oatmeal.
Put it in the blender and chop it until it's very fine.
Add it to the bath.
If plumbing is a problem, you may want to make an oatmeal ball with cheesecloth and some string.

2. Use the thumbnail of one hand to press into the center of the palm of the other. Hold for 10 seconds and release. Repeat as needed.

3. Wear loose clothing made of natural fibers, like cotton.
