Dip 910
South American Diplomacy v3.2
GM: Erlend Janbu
Phase: Spring 2005
Date: 29th of January, 2002
Next Phase: Summer 2005
Next Deadline: Thursday 31st of January, 07:00 GMT

Let me first say I am sorry for the delay of all my games
this last week. Too much happening, and unfortunately
real life will have to take priority over Diplomacy games.
I hope real life will calm down, however, so we can keep a
good pace :-)

Voting: You have decided to give NMRs to late powers, e.g.
the "hardnose policy". So watch deadlines from now on,
please? I hate adjudicating NMRs, don't force me!

You have also decided to have a weekday for moves every
week, it could be thursday morning my time (07:00 GMT) or
friday evening (18:00 GMT), or perhaps in the weekend
(dunno if you people have weekend access, though). Ideas
welcome, but for now, deadline for Summer stands, and
input by then would influence future deadline days -
let me know what would be convenient and what would be
inconvenient. Please note time of the day for the Thursday
deadline.
