Duffus castle. Appropriately named, since the designer must have been a real doofus. The stone castle was erected on a manmade earthen mound, and eventually the tower fell over since it was too heavy for the soft ground.



Huntly castle.



Castle on the island of Rum. Rum is a wildlife sanctuary with lots of sea bird colonies.
