Summary: Another Harry Kim faces death as an Ensign.
The Examination for Lieutenant - year 5b (Course: Oblivion crew).
A disintegrating facsimile of Harry Kim, commanding a disintegrating
facsimile of USS Voyager, stared dejectedly at the viewscreen as the
last moments ticked away.
"Acting Captain Kim, state your concern," ordered what remained of
Seven of Nine.
"Acting Captain." Harry's voice was bitter. "I can act, but I'll die
an Ensign."
"Your logic is flawed," replied Seven. "Since you are not human, you
are therefore the senior officer of your species' space service. You
may simply promote yourself."
Harry spun round, suddenly elated. "Seven, you're right! I hereby
promote myself to..."
"Warning," came the computer's voice. "Hull breach in prog-"
