"Good afternoon, Ensign Kim."
"Commander. I'm really optimistic this time. I've had an exemplary
year."
"Really?" Chakotay opened the file. "Let's see. You've assisted the
near suicide of another officer, gone AWOL with a sentient
shuttlecraft, taken the Delta Flyer into a dangerous anomaly, exposed
the Captain to the danger of holoaddiction, endangered crew members
with holodeck pranks..."
Harry swung the display round, incredulous. "This is Tom's record!
Somebody switched them."
"I don't think so. Only the Captain, myself, Tuvok and Lieutenant
Torres have the authority to do that."
"B'Elanna..."
Harry knew when he was beaten.
"See you next year."
