Daniel 1996 until 1998

 

My son Daniel was born on a Sunday evening, 31^st March 1996 around 23:15 in Bad Cannstatt, a suburb of Stuttgart in south-west Germany.

 

Unfortunately [® blame my, well, "mother-in-law" (and, in the end, the Catholic Fucking Church)], Daniel's Hungarian mum Rita and I separated four weeks after his birth and they (Rita + in-laws) took him to Hungary.
So since end of April 1996 he lives in Pilisvörösvár, a village approx. 15 kms north-west of Budapest. There he grows up and I see him only occasionally.

 

Like in October 1997 when he and Rita visited me in Dublin (you'll get a bigger version of every picture by just clicking on it):

Following his mum on her way from the bedroom into the kitchen … (… where else has a woman to go ?)	With one of his first favorite toys, the Hoover	'Repairing' his toy-car after watching me repairing my bike

 

... but, of course, I took off the chains sometimes and took them both on some trips around Dublin and Ireland:

Well, and now we're already writing July 1998:

In Stuttgart's zoo, the Wilhelma, watching baby monkeys playing	On Menorca, one of the Baleares Islands, during a one-week last-minute holiday

 

In September 1998 another friend of mine bite the dust = got married. Well, we all make mistakes …
On this occasion Dani’s mum granted my parents the grace to see their grandson for two weeks:

A first try on dad’s motorbike …	and one of his now favorite toys, a tractor.

 

 

Sep. 1998 on the 'Cannstatter	Wasen', Stuttgart's equivalent to Munich's Octoberfest.
