DECLARATION OF RIGHTS TO CREATE A NEW CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

SECTION ONE

We the People of The United States of America, whose names are underwritten, Claiming and Exercising our Individual and Collective Rights of Sovereignty, According to the Ancient Rules of Custom and the Common Law, Solemnly Agree to Unite Ourselves into a Permanent Civil Body Politic. We do this in acknowledgement and honor of Our God, and to better Order, Preserve, and Advance Our Country, Our Culture, and Ourselves. We as Individuals and as a Permanent Civil Body Politic, continue to Form a more Perfect Union of These United States, by Establishing and Securing a more Perfect Constitution to Create a True and Just Government for the People of The United States of America.

SECTION TWO

We the People of The United States of America, whose names are underwritten, by virtue of Our Rights as Sovereign Powers,
as Individuals and as a Permanent Civil Body Politic, According to the Ancient Rules of Custom and the Common Law
, Hereby Adopt this Constitution for The United States of America.
