Sovereignty and Compacts In every Democratic Society the Political and Legal affairs of that society must be controlled by the People of that society in their corporate and constituent capacity and as individuals. That Power of the People is referred to as Sovereingty. Sovereingty is the ultimate Power of a State, a Nation-State, or any combination of these forms of political organizations. It's the Political and Legal expression of Power of a People who posses territories with clearly defined political boundaries, having the Sovereign Power and the legitimate Right to exercise that Power. There are two basic types of Sovereignty. External Sovereignty is the exercise and management of Power between Sovereign Nations. Internal Sovereignty is divided into two parts. Political Sovereignty is the Constituent Power of all the People of Democratic Societies to create their Societies and Governments. It is the exercise and management of the Constituent and Constitutional Power of the entire Sovereign People of a political State. It is by Solemn and Authoratative Acts of the People through legitimate and established means of voting and by the People Convening as a Single Civil Body Politic, that the People in exercising their Inalienable Right to do so, Construct the Social, Political, and Legal Structures by which they have Agreed as a whole, to live by in a Society, and administer a Government to themselves of their own construction. Legal Sovereignty is the Law-making and Judicial Power of all the People of a Democratic Society, to create Laws and Courts which all the People Commonly Agree to follow. It is the exercise and management of the ultimate legal and judicial Power of the Government of the entire Sovereign People of a political State. This Power is expressed in both written and un-written laws, established by Legal Agreements between the Government and it's agents, and the People of that political State. It is accomplished by Solemn and Authoratative Acts of the People of that State, by legitimate and established means of popular voting and by other means, such as the the People Convening as a Single Civil Body Politic. The People are the Source of all Sovereignty. They are the ultimate Sovereignties in themselves, and they dispense and distribute all the Sovereign Power of any State. It is the People who make a formal or informal binding Social Agreement among the People of any State, agreeing to form and create a particular State and the Social Structures and relationships that exists among the People and the Society at large. This Agreement is the Social Compact. It is also the People who make a formally or informally binding Legal Agreement between the People of any State with their Government and it's agents. This Agreement is known as the Constitution of that State, and is that State's Polical Compact.. In the Political Compact the People assign to the Government, Powers specifically enumerated to it by the People of the State, to administer to the People of the State, both the Legal and Political Powers of Sovereignty, which are really the sole and exclusive Right of the People of the State, who retain at all times the Inalienable Right to Revoke an existing Society and Government and Construct a new Society and Government, according to the will and best Judgement of the People.
