My wife and I have been together for 5 years and grow more madly in love as each day passes. I've included a pic of her below. We met online.
Things that are important to me: BUS (of course), my kittykat Lewis (that's a pic of him down there), my garden, politics (why oh why?) especially GLBT politics, therapy.
My spirituality is in flux. It is rather fluid, providing me with the strength and courage to face each day. I'd say it has its roots in the spirituality of the natives. I love how they see all life as interconnected.
I've been on bus since the beginning of April, 2000. I started cutting at the ripe old age of.... umm, 29 (I'm 37 now, going on 16 at times). I have punched walls for quite awhile before that, maybe all the way into my teens (I am having trouble remembering a lot of my life). BUS has given me a home...I no longer feel like a freak who should be locked up and the key thrown away. You give me the strength to find other ways to cope with life on life's terms.
