 | The looks of love
in "Glad That You Were Born".
 | Ben and Dorcas's fall...how many times did they rehearse it to get it to look
absolutely spontaneous?
 | The boys let us
dye their hair red! (I don't recall anyone letting them dye anything)
 | Those real looking stage fights and the bruised bodies afterward.
 | "It was them Pontipee brothers!" You read that in a Greek accent, didn't
you?
 | Those beautiful costumes, and the way we scared the costume lady, who was nervous
about being in a room full of teenagers, especially when the brothers broke into a rousing
chorus of "We oughta be with our women in that house" while pounding on the door
to the girl's dressing room!
 | The funky microphone voices.
 | Liza catching Dan.
 | That delightful scene in the woods! Wasn't it a trick to get all the timing to work
right?
 | "Shaft" shirts
 | The dangers of rehearsing with Frank!
 | "Nice night for a coon hunt!"
 | Michael had a wreck! (Really, I must have missed that) Our lead spent weeks in the
hospital and at home recovering, and still managed to learn all his lines and lyrics AND
gave a wonderful performance.
 | Gideon dropped Alice!
 | The spring THAW!
 | Our deluxe special effects, with an avalanche in audio and video!
 | Semi-naked boys in
blankets, dancing together, too funny! (Yea, I didn't hear any of us
laughing it up about that one)
 | Mrs. Quillen and Frank dancing.
 | And Dan was dreaming about whom? Alice? Liza?
 | The fine work that went into making the costumes look perfect - and how did you make
the jeans look worn? By attaching them to your tires and driving around the parking lot,
of course!
 | "Adam isn't just any girl" I beg your pardon?
 | The challenge dance- how could that have been any better? From the monkey rolls, to
the roundoffs, to the broom jump, to the leg wrestle, it was just full of fun!
 | Our beautiful brides,
and how lovely they looked in their wedding gowns, bouquets and hair wreaths.
 | Dan's face, as he gaped at the girls at the social. |
