My Love

She comes softly into my dreams at night,
and steals my heart away
She kisses me softly and holds me tight
and chases my fears away

Her beautiful smile touches my heart and
starts a fire in me
The sweet sweet touch of her tiny hand
brings true joy to me

Her lips are tender her kiss is divine
her eyes sparkle and dance
I will love this woman for all of my time
She is my heart's romance

My Summer Love

I come before you with my heart on my sleeve
Naked and unashamed
My soul stripped bare
Hoping your hand will join with mine
So that we may walk over fields of golden daffodils
And soar high above the clouds

You took my hand my heart my love
We walked we talked we laughed we cried
The sun shone brightly in my heart
We shared the joy of being as one

But all too soon you left me love
You found another to take my place
The sun no longer shines for me
It is raining in my heart

In time perhaps - my heart will heal
And I shall see the sun again
But until it does my heart lays heavy
As summer has passed me by

I will miss summer
I love you my sweet sweet love

Love Angel

She floats her love on gossamer wings
From far away she sends her love
It reaches my soul and my heart sings
She is my angel from above

This tiny girl has stolen my heart
With all her sweet sweet charms
I will treasure her and never part
From the softness of her ams

She smiles at me and my heart skips
I feel her total love for me
I kiss her oh so soft sweet lips
And bask in total ecstacy

She has given me her soul of fire
And promised her heart to me
She's everything that I desire
She chased the emptiness from me

Lost Without You

I stand at the doorway to your heart
Though I no longer possess the key
That unlocks the love that is inside
The love you once had for me
I wait patiently with heart in hand
For the love that once was mine
Hoping and praying that given time
You will return back home to me

My love for you has no limits nor bounds
I give it freely with no demands
it is pure honest open and true
It is meant for you and you alone
you are my soul my passion my fire
my flame my joy my every desire
you are my very essense of life
And without you I am lost

I cannot let this love we knew
Slip through my fingers like sand
I must find a way to change your mind
to warm your heart to mine
So I stand and look for your return
with vision blurred from tears
For without your love I cannot be
I am nothing but a broken man

Wings of Love

The wings of love can never be clipped
They soar high, straight, honest and true
They turn cloudy days into sunshine
And make rainbows appear in the sky

They can warm a cold cold heart
And make you laugh or make you cry
They can raise your spirit when you are down
And warm your inner soul

They can make the flowers bloom in spring
And make you see colors so much brighter
They touch your heart in a million ways
They are what feeds your soul

I give you my wings
Open your heart to them
Accept them freely
For I love you my sweet

Missing Your Love

Your sweet sweet smile that lights up the room
Your dancing eyes that glisten and shine
The soft caresss of your lips on mine
The gentle touch of your hand on a cold winter night

The hugs you gave so warm and so tender
The closeness we shared in our lovers embrace
The look of love that lit up your face
The soft I love you's you once whispered to me

I miss them all since you went away
But most of all I miss you
A cold wind now blows through my heart

She Holds My Heart

She lays so quietly sleeping
As a smile crosses her face
I stand and stare at her beauty
My heart it starts to race

The moonlight dances over her face
And bathes her face in light
My arms they long to hold her
To protect her through the night

She stirs - her eyes they open
She smiles with love at me
She crooks her little finger
As if to say to me

Come closer hold me darling
Lay your head upon my breast
Listen to my heart beat strongly
As it beats deep in my chest

I take her face and cup it
And kiss her oh so sweet
With all the passion that I know
She makes my life complete

I hold her oh so tender
As I lay there in her arms
I long to spend all my years
Devoted to her charms

The love we share is strong and true
It cannot be denied
Forever she shall stay with me
Forever by my side

As Love Grows

Sometimes when we first met I was scared when we were not together
I would feel that your love for me would not last
I wondered if you loved me as much as I loved you
My eyes would get teary and my heart would ache

Sometimes I felt so insecure thinking how lost I would be without you
And how much I would miss your tender kisses
and your sweet gentle caresses and warm tender hugs
If you ever left me and closed your heart to me

I felt that without you my soul would turn cold
And that I could never love another again
To lose the oneness of you and I would have destroyed me
There would be no reason to go on - Life would be meaningless

But as our love grows stronger and deeper day by day
I feel my uncertainties disappear
Every tender moment we share reaffirms your love
Every loving glance you give me makes my heart sing

You have taken me to places that I never knew before
Your love has opened my eyes to a brand new world
It has stirred my soul and shown me how to share
My moments of doubt are less frequent now

I feel the love you have for me in every embrace
When we kiss your passion and tenderness overwhelms my heart
Every magic moment we share you fill with love
And now the only tears I cry are tears of joy

You are my love my lover my friend and I love you so much
And I now know that your love for me is as deep as mine
Together as one we will walk side by side down life's stormy path
And our love will overcome any obstacles in our way

The Love We Share

you came to me when I was lost
and my heart it held no love
you taught me how to live again
to laugh to cry to soar above

you gave me love and so much more
you came into my heart
you promised me we'd be together
never ever would we part

your sweet sweet kiss upon my lips
sends a message to my soul
the gentle touch of your caress
makes my life complete and whole

I take your hand and walk with you
through rain and cloud and sun
we will walk together arm in arm
we have become as one

we walk through gentle rainstorms now
with a smile upon our face
the dream of love that we longed for
we no longer have to chase

for we have found that special one
who sets are hearts aflame
the passion that we share my love
no one could ever tame

Love's First Kiss

As i lay in the quiet solitude of the early morn
with only the sound of my beating heart to break the silence
My inner thoughts turn to you and I am reminded
of all the reasons why you captured my heart

I recall the day we met and how your shy smile melted my heart
how the look in your eyes when our lips brushed lightly together
took our souls to a faraway place called forever and our embrace
swept us out to a sea of pleasure on atidal wave of passion

those first few days of a new love blossomed through us
both of us finding new ways to delight each other
taking us to places we had never been before
Building the foundation of a love that strengthens day by day

I recall the first time I whispered I love you
your eyes tearing over as your feelings overwhelmed you
how you laid your head on my chest listening to my heartbeat
and answering my declaration of love with a promise in return

Of staying by my side and walking down loves path with me
The two of us seperate halves joining to form one whole
united in our hopes and dreams and aspirations by
the love that fills our hearts and bonds our souls
