• $15 Processing Fee for each applicant over 18 years old in form of a money order (from the Post Office, or 7-Eleven, or a bank Cashier's Check).
• Write the address of the apartment on the money order.
• Copy of Driver's License.
• 2 current pay stubs.
• All application lines completely filled out with all telephone numbers.
