Alexander "Xander" Harris is a very sarcastic, comedic addition to the Slayer's "team". He lacks the tact, however, to realize when his humor is appropriate. Xander is dating Cordelia, but still sometimes feels his earlier attraction to Buffy. Willow is his best friend. She and Xander have known each other since early childhood and have gone to school together all their lives.
