Hi, did you actually think I would put up pictures???!?

Puhhleease....I'm a deep person, and i've kinda matured a tad. So I see beauty in everything. Thus, benaat helewaain represent the Beemer and my skis.

So let me tell you a bit about myself, as you may know, I totally love SKiinG!!! I've been skiing since I was 7 years old. And it's the only thing that parallels love. I mean, I dream about skiing, I think about Skiing, I live Skiing...it's just in my soul. So that's a HUGE prerequisite, is that you don't have to be a good skiier, but that you want to try skiing. And I WILL teach you. I've taught a ton of my friends how to ski. And once you do it, you'll totally love it.

To tell you the truth, I could actually be content, living in the Mountains (with my future wife of course )and just skiing, and making a basic living. I mean, doesnt that sound romantic? Living off the land, away from noisy, conflicting society. Just going back to the basics in life, the true essentials. And if that didn't work, then I would be a Calvin Klein Model, so life would be great.

My Current Life

I just found out I've been accepted into the University Of Detroit Dental School, which is the newest dental school in the nation!!!! And currently ranks in the top 5!!! So I'm on my way in starting my new life next year insha'Allah.(Dec. 1997)

Here's the link of the new dental school UofDM

If anyone in cyberspace is considering Dentistry as a career, be sure to email me, and I can guide you on your way to becoming a dentist. Currently dental school admissions are very competitive. You need around a 3.5/4.0 GPA, and at least a 3.3 Science GPA, also you will have to score in the 90th Percentile or above on the DAT, which is the (Dental Admissions Test).

If you've accomplished that, then you'll get an interview. Make sure to compare and take notes of the strengths and weaknesses of each school. Univ of Detroit appeals to me because of the large clinical base, approx. 90,000 patients, and a brand new school, which has state-of-the art facilties. If your interested in practicing dentistry, then a school with a lot of patients can provide the best exposure to several cases you'll see in the real world. However, if your interested in research, then go to schools like Univ of Michigan, Indiana, Harvard, Tufts, etc. These schools have great names in research, but lack in clinical resources.

Also write a great personal statement on your application. Every little thing/item counts, if you want to get into dental school. It's extremely competitive and you want to stick out, and be above the rest to assure a spot in the upcoming class. Each year the GPA and DAT requirements rise. So don't blow off any classes in undergrad. Remember, you can have fun now, and suffer later, or suffer now and have fun later.

This is my dad's advice, he's a pediatrician (MD). And a great inspiration for me, because he persevered and rose out of the slums of Bombay, India. It's really amazing, and all thanks belongs to Allah.

In regards to movies, I'm a huge movie critic. I absolutely love Al Pacino!! He's one of my favorite actors.

Some of my favorite flicks are (in no particular order):

American Beauty

Whole Nine Yards (Chandler is a goofy dentist, i thought it was hilarious )

Heat

The Matrix

The Devil's Advocate

Shawshank Redemption

Toy Story I and II

GoodFellas

ScarFace

The Rock

The English Patient

The Usual Suspects

Indian Jones I and III (I personally thought II was lame, but the grabbing the beating heart was kick a#$)

Pulp Fiction

The Killing Fields

Platoon

True Lies

Carlito's Way ( this movie reminds me of the trouble in my past, and how it catches up w/ you in the end)

Get Shorty

Dumb and Dumber ( This movie is so FUNNY!!! )

Sleepers

Jaws

Deep Blue Sea ( This is a terrfic JUNK flick, and the reason i had to put this in here, is cuz i LOVE SHARKS)

Being There (read the book first!)

Two Days in the Valley (because Terri Hatcher is in here, and she's an olympic SKIIER!!! :-)

Salam Bombay ( a very DEEP movie )

Manon of the Springs ( a french movie, and it's really cool)

Twice Upon a Yesterday (This movie reminds me of my complex love life, and it's a british flick.)

Another of my latest interests is becoming more fashionable. Yeah I know it's scary. But somehow i'm getting sucked into the Yuppie fashion world, ie Emporio Armani, Bally, Bananna Repub, Moschino, Kenneth Cole etc. So if anyone has some tips on how I can achieve my new Yuppy look, let me know. And if this sounds snobby, then your right, but it's just a passing fad for me, till something else captures my interests.

OH! I just started playing Golf, and you'll be amazed at how fascinating golf can get. It's so f#%!ing addicting! Trust me, I thought golf was ultimatley one of the most boring sports ever. And now i'm enthralled by hitting a ball 100 yds! So try it out if you get a chance.

And I love Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian , and Mexican food, the spicier and hotter the food the better!

MuSiC : I'm into Alternative, such as Prodigy, RATM, Blink 182, Lenn, NIN...and it ranges to U2, The Cure, oh and that one absolute hottie, who sings "Genie in a Bottle" Christina Aguillera. She's half Irish, half Ecouadar, and wow absolutely gorgeous. That mix is phenomenal, because she has blonde hair, and an amazing facial/jaw structure, that any cosmetic dentist would love to create!

I'm also trying to make the best of this year, I'll be going skiing in TAHOE(California) during winter vacation!!! Woo HOO!! And insha'Allah I'll get a great tan too (Dec 1997)

Hi I just got back from TAHOE, and it was a total blast, insha'Allah i'll have the ski pics up soon :)

Oh btw, in case you didnt know THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN WOLVERINES are the NATIONAL CHAMPIONS in FOOTBALL since 8pm Jan 1st 1998!!!!!!

Just thought I'd let you know.... :)

So Insha'Allah, I'll get a career and make enough $$$ to live a decent life. Oh yeah, I also luv kids, they're so cute. I made a ton of friends in Yemen, and the kids always played soccer with me, and taught me more arabic. So I miss them a ton.

Oh here is my dream car, which i'll be getting in the near future, insha'ALLAH =) And this is for that special someone who makes me "comp...complete...completely miserable"...that's a song :) But this is really for the woman of my dreams, who consists of being 5'5", beautiful complexion, fair skin tone but tans readily, long silky black hair, almond shaped eyes, lovely jaw bones, slim and slender, intelligent, great personality, stubborn, awesome cook, willing to try new things, out going, modest, sophisticated, romantic...and if I think of more, I'll let u know..but at the moment i'm a 2nd yr dental student, who's in over his head in exams, lab and clinic work. Yet I somehow effectively let time slip away, till something we all can never escape, captures us...what is it? (Feb 28/2000)

(5/6/00)So now for that special someone...well here she is The woman of my dreams...
