New Life
The rose will bloom again
Although
Trampled down, uprooted, disregarded
once a thing of beauty -
Now
Bruised, battered, and broken -
Replanted
Leaning into the sun, feeling warmth,
Soft rain, and loving care.
Tender leaves begin to glisten -
Buds show promise of beauty restored.
Petals with exquisite texture,
And the color of scarlet.
Fragrant, radiant, highly esteemed -
Again
Faith has won the Victory -
New life
Manifested in a perfect Rose

More of us then you'd care to believe, go through personal hardships.
But there is hope for a new begining for all of us, just as there is for this rose.
