If you watched the recent airing of the ep Ted then you may have seen the advertisement that they put on about the new site at http://www.buffy.com. Personally I will never go to this site. Myself as well as others are working to form a boycott of this new site. We are the people who frequent the old site.

I urge anyone who is a fan of the show no matter for what reason you watch. We must protect our beloved site. The new site, if you can find it, requires many plug-ins and takes an extremely long time to load. If I can obtain the addresses of people in charge i will post them here for you to write to them. I remind you that spamming and hate mail will solve nothing, all that it will do is piss off the higher ups and they will get rid of our site all together. I have stated that i will never go to the new site, even if they trash the old site i will still never go to the new one. I would rather have no site to go to than to give into the "trendy" new site. There is nothing wrong with the old site. there are many problems with the new one. i was tryin to recruit the enemy and i couldnt even get to the page, my server couldnt find it.

Many people are also upset because on the new site there isn't a linear posting board. theres a chat and a threaded posting board but no linear posting board. This has upset those people who have become accustomed to the linear format. Personally I don't go into the linear board that often but that board has their society set up and now the fascist pigs that run the show (sorry im really pissed about this) are trying to destroy all that they know and all that they are used to.

What probably pisses me off the most is that they advertised the new site, yet i have never seen an ad for the one that i go to. And they never asked anyone in either of the boards what they thought about the idea of creating a new site, they just went out and did it.

I remind you do not send hate mail or threats of any kind to these addresses. Well it seems as though the execs at Apollo have heard our pleas. At the new site the threaded board now links you back to the old site's threaded board, and the same is true for the regular posting board. Unfortunately, I recently have not had enough time to be on the board as much as i would like to. Hopefully, since this week is my spring break I will be able to spend some time on the board and catch up on all of the newest news. When i get over there and if I find anything new out, then I will post it here.
