I wrote this story during my sophomore year in high school. It was at the same time that we were reading Huckleberry Finn. I have noticed some similarities between the two stories. I noticed this when I was writing the story, and I tried to keep the similarities to a minimum. If someone wants to read Mark Twain, let them go find a page that has some of his works on it, or, god forbid, they could go to a library and take out a book and read it. I'm just as guilty of this as anyone else, but in today's society it seems as though people do as little as possible to get themselves by.

I congratulate you, it seems to me that you might be a little different. Most people wouldn't even come to this page. Most people would read the story, if they even got that far.

Originally there was another setence at the end of the story. After some consideration, and consultation from others, I decided that the story would be better without it.

Well I think thats about all I have to say about this story for now. If i come up with any new ideas ill be sure to add them here. This is the first one of the stories that I have put on an analysis. I hope to add similar pages for all the other stories.
