A revolution need not be a physical upheaval or overthrow to be effective. In fact, it may be safe to say that most revolts of this sort do more damage than good, and change almost nothing. The most important and efficient form of revolution is on a much different plane. It is an overthrow, but one that takes place in the mind. It is an attack on systematic thought. An impeachment of tradition. Education will be the fuel to propel and initiate this mass reconsideration of inherited ideology and socially implemented beliefs. We will learn, and through learning, we will stop supporting. This will be our revolution. To cease the flow of money to the source of our confinement. We will do this by boycotting the meat and dairy industries. Maybe not out of concern for animals, but out of concern for our futures. We will do this by refusing to support the tobacco industries. Maybe not because we care about our lungs or airspace, but because we value our own well-being and privacy. We will do this by boycotting alcohol and drugs. Maybe not because we oppose them, but because we fear the powers that we enable through aiding such a market. We will do this in any way possible, never placing convenience before necessity.
