Current member of the Angola team, which is Responsible for the conceptual design and project management of offshore oil platform in Angola. Duties include captial project managment of multi- million dollars projects, as well as strategic planning for long term operations, cost analysis, and risk analysis. Also evolved in deep water sub-sea development for offshore platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.

Development of air pollution permits and/or projects. Evaluated and determined applicability of state and federal regulations which includes preparing and issuing public authorizations for the federal hazardous air pollutant requirements. Served as a production engineering specialist in the Title V Operating Permits Division, concerning Oil and Gas Production. Developed and designed flowcharts, citation entry screens, and relationship entry screens for 40 CFR 63, MACT G, §63.113 - §63.118, and §63.148 - §63.149.

Interned as a MICKEY LELAND Environmental Intern in the New Source Review Program/
Chemical Section. Created a vapor database system to aid in the review of new source review permits being issued to industry. Also interned in the Mobile Source program in which I served as an environmental engineer performing air quality and mobile source emissions analysis for non-attainment areas in Texas.
