Ty Treadway Interviews

Ty Treadway originated the role of Colin MacIver on May 10, 2000, playing the doctor who saved Nora’s life, and the husband of Melanie MacIver. Colin is a charming man, yet ruthless, manipulative, and bad news for the women of Llanview.

Treadway is relatively new to the screen. In being cast for the role of Colin MacIver, he was said to have competed against soap opera veterans such as Robert Kelker-Kelly (ex-Bo, Days), Rick Hearst (ex-Alan-Michael, GL), and Ian Buchanan (ex-Duke, GH).

Before joining OLTL, Treadway played Ian/Owen in the 1998 independent film, I/O Error . He also completed roles in the films of Heaven and the Suicide King, The Chosen One as Billy, and …Or Forever Hold Your Peace as Gabe. Ty Treadway was also spotted in the Muscle East Video Gallery which features the “hottest bodybuilders." -One Life Central
