It's a big week in Buffalo for the Backstreet Boys. The teen fave cutie pies will not only play a soldout concert Sunday night in Marine Midland Arena, but that afternoon also have a date in Ralph Wilson Stadium. The Fab Five will sing the National Anthem for the Buffalo Bills, and it's too bad Doug Flutie is busy or he could sit in on drums. . . . This week the Backstreet Boys had to respond to press reports it was unwilling to meet with a 5-year-old girl who has leukemia, during a concert in Detroit. "We are hurt by these reports we deliberately did not see an ailing child," the Boys said in a press statement. "Due to our current tour schedule and the amount of requests we receive, we're unfortunately unable to meet everyone."
