Donna hurried along the hall, trying to catch up to Nick. Finally, she was within arms reach of him, and she grabbed his sleeve.

“Nick, I need to talk to you” she said firmly. He rolled his eyes.

“So talk” Nick growled. Donna glanced around the hall uncomfortably.

“Not here” she shook her head. Dragging him back to the room, she gestured at the couch. He flopped down, and she pulled up a folding chair infront of him. “Listen, Nick, I know you’re pissed off at me, but you and Kristy aren’t even going out-"

“Correction” Nick cut in “We are going out.”

“Since when?” Donna folded her arms across her chest.

He paused, feeling beaten. “Since this morning, officially, but we’ve been….close since the tour started” he informed her rather weakly.

“That was an awfully serious kiss for one day” Donna pointed out.

“It’s been more than one day!” Nick protested.

She sighed. “Nick, still. I know you’re just trying to be a teenager-“

“We were just fooling around!” Nick practically shouted.

“And what might of happened if I hadn’t come in?” she asked him.

“We’ve only been going out for a day, it wouldn’t have……” he stopped when he realized what he said. “We wouldn’t have gone that far.”

“Can you prove it? How do I know what is happening between you and Kristy? I don’t, I have no guarantee that you and Kristy are being responsible!”

“You don’t need a guarantee!” Nick argued, feeling frustrated.

“Nick, part of me being here with you is to watch out for you! You’re still a minor, no matter how badly you try and convince yourself otherwise, you’re not an adult!” She sighed, and her heart softened at his depressed features. “Part of me being here is to watch out for you, and that means making sure you and Kristy don’t do anything that could potentially ruin your future.”

Nick’s cheeks flushed, embarrassed that he was getting a sex talk from his manager. “Donna-“ she held up her hand and cut him off.

“Promise me Nick, no sex.” Her voice was firm, and she stared straight into his eyes. Nick was silent. “No sex” she insisted, and Nick rolled his eyes.

“Fine. No sex.” His voice was low, and menacing. Donna sighed a sigh of relief, and stood up. Nick watched her leave the room with narrowed eyes. “Now they control my sex life…?” He thought to himself angrily. “Or lack thereof” Nick finished with a sigh, and headed out to find Brian.
