Slash was born in Storke-on trent England. His mother and father moved to America when Slash was 11. He was always a little bit different than everyone else........He started playing guitar at around 12, and from then on he was un-stoppable! Slash loved the LA life, especially the rock n' roll life. He auditioned for Poison -at one time GN'R's arch rivals-. They denied him and told him he was not glam enough. He auditioned for Guns, but they didn't like the way he was SO involved in his music, but after 2 more shots, they let him in! To this day, Slash is still making guest apperances everywhere, and still loves his music
