Change is a big subject for me, even more so since I start high-school in less than a week. Everyone has seen change, and most people fear it- especially when it is discovered in the familiar things we've come to depend on.
"People change and forget to tell us."
We all have friends we've 'known' since the days of pigtails, then, after a few years in the double digit zone, morph into strangers while we sit and wonder if we've missed something. "If they only knew how they've changed....," we think. Maybe, they do.
Recent experiences have allowed me to search for error in the all too common expression "people change." Sure, they change. But perhaps, they just show more of who they always were inside.
